This two week class provides students with a foothold into the profession. The course gives an overview of the basics of building engineering and maintenance via NAPEEF’s renowned Ready to Work Program and provides students with their CFC certification. It concludes with a hiring fair to connect students to available jobs in the industry.
BEM Boot Camp presents a “Win/Win” for employers and prospects alike. Employers have access to workers who can contribute from day one; and program graduates will have the tools to not only find a good job, but to also start building their career paths.
