Working with the National Association of Power Engineers Educational Foundation (NAPEEF), AEF offers a two-week “Building Engineering and Maintenance (BEM) Boot Camp” program to bring people into the rewarding careers in building engineering and maintenance that are abundant throughout the DMV.
AEF provides this two-week class free of charge for those looking to break into the fields of building operations, engineering, and maintenance. A hiring fair will be held at the conclusion of the course to connect students to available jobs in the industry with companies and sites located in the DC metro area.

BEM Boot Camp presents a “Win/Win” for employers and prospects alike. Employers have access to workers who can contribute from day one; and program graduates will have the tools to not only find a good job, but to also start building their career paths.
