InspiRE CEO, Marc Fischer, Completes Two Successful Years as “Interim Executive Director” of AOBA Educational Foundation
As “Interim” Executive Director for the past two years, Marc Fischer, President|CEO of InspiRE, oversaw the AOBA Educational Foundation’s (AEF) administration, operations and fundraising. Marc and his team established partnerships with local school systems, college and trade school training programs, and community outreach organizations, successfully putting the Foundation on the map. By developing a model, 12-week paid internship program, the AEF introduced 35 students over two years to building engineering, many of whom are now employed in the industry.
“Marc is extremely talented and possesses boundless positive energy”, said Peggy Jeffers, AOBA EVP. Kathy Barnes, Chairperson of the AEF Board of Directors, added “We are indebted to Marc and his team for the remarkable strides they made promoting careers in building engineering and maintenance during the past two years. We wish Marc much success with his next initiative”.
The AOBA Educational Foundation will focus its efforts for the remainder of 2019 strategically aligning our resources and planning for 2020 and beyond.
